Scotia Closing Software is a complete tool to help complete your house closing transaction from start to finish.

It prints closing reports with the same look and feel traditionally generated in most law offices, and is totally customizable to your liking.  The program has been designed to make the process much easier, as it handles all of the math, even features such as compounded interest on damage deposits.  All calculations are updated instantly as the data is entered, which is great for last minute revisions.  If you change the closing date, for instance, the calculated day counts for tax bills (and other bills) will calculate automatically, per diem totals will calculate automatically, along with all of the math calculations (adjusted prices, funds required to complete closing, etc..)  If a purchase price changes, deed transfer tax will be automatically recalculated, HST will recalculate (if applicable), etc…  We’ve thought of all the little exceptions that can occur!!
